2022 YEAR-END MEETING
On January 18, 2023 (the 27th day of the Lunar New Year), Ban Thach’s leadership hosted the 2022 Year-End Meeting, bringing the entire team together to look back on a year of both challenges and proud achievements.
At the event, the message was clear: “The strength of a team lies in the connection of its members; the strength of each member lies within a united, hardworking, and dedicated team.”
With the purpose of recognizing contributions, encouraging morale, and motivating employees, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Thành – Chairman of the Board & General Director – delivered a speech highlighting the collective spirit and then honored and rewarded outstanding employees for their remarkable contributions throughout the year.
