– Phối hợp xây dựng – Cơ điện.

– Sử Dụng BIM – Revit: Chúng tôi đã triển khai ứng dụng mô hình hóa thông tin (BIM) trong quá trình thiết kế và Revit 3D trong thi công. Ứng dụng này được triển khai ngay giai đoạn khởi điểm cho phép tính toán kỹ từ khâu thiết kế đến lựa chọn vật liệu, giúp hạn chế tối đa rủi ro .

– Sử dụng công nghệ VR: Đội ngũ Newtecons nghiên cứu và triển khai công nghệ thực tế ảo (VR) tại các công trình tiêu biểu, mang tới khách hàng những trải nghiệm tương tác trực quan, thậm chí là có thể thay đổi bố trí theo yêu cầu. Thêm vào đó, chúng tôi chú trọng tìm tòi và ứng dụng các cải tiến mới vào thi công nhằm tối ưu hóa tính thẩm mỹ, tiến độ và chi phí.

SAFETY CULTURE

Safety training

Before each project, the HSSE Board organizes training to raise employees’ awareness and compliance with safety work. Before each construction item, the Construction site command board strictly follows the procedures, analyzes and evaluates potential risks, thereby taking preventive measures and handling plans for emergency incident . . We periodically organize “First aid and rescue training class” organized by the Ho Chi Minh Red Cross Association and coordinates with the medical team of the HSSE Board to conduct  health check for all officers and workers.

Practicing labor safety on the construction site

For many years, Ban Thach has seriously implemented the labor safety model at the construction site with HSSE Supervisors and Construction Supervisors directly controlling labor safety. The Safety Engineers team always maintains a management system according to ISO 45001:2018 at the construction site, ensuring a safe working environment for workers.

Human resources

Under the direction and leadership of the young, sensitive and enthusiastic Board of Directors, Ban Thach’s staff and employees always maintain the sense of responsibility, solidarity and dedication to the work.

Those are experts and specialists with high professional qualifications, 100% of which have a university degree or higher; With more than 300 engineers, architects always try their best to create the most optimal works in terms of technique, art and competitive price in the market.

Construction Eligibility

To be proactive and meet the quality and progress of construction, Ban Thach always prepares a construction force that has been trained and experienced in many large-scale projects. This construction force has joined Ban Thach Management Team in implementing many projects with high requirements in terms of technique, quality, safety, progress and successful handover to the Owner. That is Ban Thach’s great strength in participating in large-scale projects with high technical complexity of many FDI customers when implementing projects in Vietnam.
